Basin

The pearl of the house is, of course, a large indoor swimming pool. The area of the pool bowl is 50 sq m. There is a hydromassage area, a jet water supply system and counter-current. A rain water supply system is mounted in the ceiling.
The room is equipped with an air dehumidification system. All equipment is controlled by a remote control. After swimming, you can immediately take a shower in a separate toilet, which is located directly in the pool area. In the summer, you can open the windows, creating an open space for swimming and sunbathing.

Sauna

A comfortable sauna, built of high-quality materials. You can enter the sauna directly through the pool. The room has two operating modes - dry sauna and wet sauna.
The main device used is the Finnish electric heater Harvia Club Combi K11GS, which is usually installed in prestigious commercial saunas.

Summer kitchen

Across a small cozy clearing from the house is a summer kitchen, which can be used not only in the warm season, but even in winter - all communications and an integrated acoustic system and UFO will make every evening spent here unforgettable and unique.
And if you add to the unsurpassed view from the panoramic windows the presence of built-in real tandoors, barbecues, smokehouses and classic ovens - even professional gourmets will be left speechless.

Guest house

The guest house consists of a studio kitchen, two bedrooms with wardrobes and a full bathroom with a shower. Up to 4 guests or, for example, two families can comfortably live here.
Full-height panoramic windows overlook a cozy lawn.

Central garage

The house has a large garage for two full-size cars - 7m deep and 9m wide. In front of the garage there is a large parking area, where 4-5 more cars can easily park.
The garage is equipped with central heating, water supply for connecting a high-pressure washer. Water intake grates for draining water and melted snow are installed in the floor around the perimeter. Electrical communications are installed for connecting any equipment for car repair, and high-quality spot lighting is connected.

Summer garage

The closed summer garage is designed for 4 full-size cars. It is not blown by the wind, and you can store spare parts and tools in the small attic. There is a wide gravel road in front of the garage.
The summer garage has a separate entrance to the plot, with automatic wide gates, similar to those in front of the central indoor garage.
