The central tap water at the entrance to the house enters the Aquaphor WaterBoss 900 global water purification system. But in addition to this, there are also separate high-quality reverse osmosis systems on almost every floor of the house.

The central heating of the entire house and additional premises is carried out using the main system from the SAUNIER DUVAL KLZ 40 gas boiler, and the backup system from the large Raotherm Eko Max solid fuel boiler of long burning. That is, at any moment, when gas, for example, becomes more expensive, you can switch to solid fuel heating (there is a huge woodshed in the neighboring dry warehouse). And when gas becomes cheaper, you can switch the heating of the entire area back to gas.

In the house, on all three floors, communications for a built-in Canadian vacuum cleaner DuoVac Star are laid in the walls. The device itself is located in the technical room, and on all floors in the corridors and rooms below, there are hidden sockets on the walls for connecting the vacuum cleaner hose. Also, the noise level is only 50dB.
